"I recently had the opportunity to take part in a leadership program that truly stood out. Wearing two hats: Both as a participant and as part of HR co-organizing the program together with Lesley, I had the chance to experience it from both an individual and a company perspective. A big part of my role as Head of People is to translate company needs into meaningful development formats, and I feel this was done exceptionally well.
What made the experience particularly valuable was the combination of formats: 1:1 sessions, group settings, and a thoughtful mix of virtual and in-person interactions. This created a space that felt both personal and highly practical. What I appreciated most was the way sessions were facilitated with a strong balance between structure and openness. It wasn’t about theory, but about real application: reflecting on leadership decisions, challenging existing patterns, and gaining tools that can immediately be used in day-to-day leadership. A highlight for me were the regulation exercises, which added a layer I hadn’t experienced in many leadership programs before. They significantly improved my clarity, focus, and ability to navigate pressure in complex situations.
Beyond individual growth, we can already see a strong impact across the organization: closer bonds between leads, consistently great feedback on the program, and even colleagues proactively asking to participate in future cohorts. It’s also fostering more open, constructive communication with people addressing topics more freely and leaning into feedback. The group dynamic itself created a strong sense of trust and psychological safety, making it easy to share openly and learn from each other.
Overall, this experience has had a lasting impact on how I approach leadership more consciously, more clearly, and with a stronger sense of intention. Thank you, Lesley, for creating such a meaningful and impactful experience."
