Who guides you

I am Lesley, founder of Groove of Life
 

For over ten years, I worked in the media industry, leading creative teams in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines. That experience showed me what sustained performance pressure does to leaders, and became the starting point of my own company.

Today, I guide international leadership programs for leaders across Europe. I help them strengthen their internal stability and decision-making capacity, so they can lead with clarity and authority, without forcing performance. Leadership with impact, grounded on the inside and visible on the outside.
