In a connected breathwork session, I invite you to drop deeply into your body and reconnect with yourself. Connected breathing is a powerful and natural way to release stress, tension and stored emotions. By simply breathing, you activate your body’s ability to heal and gently let go of energetic blocks, often held unconsciously. All in a safe, calm and supported space.

What happens during a breathing session?

We start the session with a short meditation and some gentle movement to help you get out of your head and into your body. Then, I guide you step by step into connected breathwork: a flowing technique where you breathe in and out without pause. This gets your energy moving and helps release what’s been stuck.

After each breathing round, we hold the breath for a short moment. This might sound intense, but these pauses actually reset your system and often bring deep relaxation and a sense of presence. During the session, you may experience emotions, insights, colors, visions or physical sensations like tingling. Everything is welcome. Your only task is to breathe and surrender to the moment.

I’ll guide you through it in a safe and grounded way, supported by music and gentle touch to support you in your process. Afterwards, you’ll feel lighter, more relaxed, and deeply connected to yourself.

Because breathwork might feel a little scary or unfamiliar, especially the first time, it’s essential that you feel safe and well-supported throughout the experience. I host monthly breathwork sessions in a small group setting (max 10 people) in Amsterdam. I create a calm, nurturing space with beautiful music and gentle, loving touch to support you in your process.

If you prefer a more personal setting, 1:1 sessions are also available.
