My journey into leadership began ten years ago, during a period in which I physically and mentally exhausted myself. I worked in a high-pressure media environment, leading creative teams and constantly performing under intense demands. To the outside world I was successful, yet internally I was always 'on' and ignoring the signals of my body.
After a very busy period, I realised I could no longer truly relax. That was the moment I realized that the way I was working and living was no longer sustainable. This became the start of a deep inward journey.

I immersed myself in personal leadership, breath and body-based work, and pursued training in coaching and nervous system regulation. Over time, I became aware of how strongly my system had adapted to alertness, control and carrying responsibility. My nervous system had operated in a constant state of survival for years.
By learning to slow down and take my body seriously, space began to open. More clarity in my decisions. More calm in my thinking. And greater steadiness in my leadership. I realised how closely the quality of my decisions was linked to my internal regulation.
From that experience, Groove of Life was born. Today, I support leaders and entrepreneurs who carry responsibility and perform under pressure, helping them remain calm, strong and clear in complex situations. I make their mental patterns visible and teach them to use their body strategically for self-regulation and authentic leadership impact.
