Terms and Conditions – Groove of Life

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all programs, sessions, workshops, retreats, and other services offered by Groove of Life, based in Amsterdam, led by Lesley Vreeswijk, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Registration & payment

  • Registration for a program, session, or event is final upon receipt of payment.
  • Payment is made via the specified payment system on the booking page.
  • When paying in installments, you commit to fully paying the agreed installment amount.


3. Cancellation & refund

  • Cancelling a program or workshop is possible up to 14 days after registration, provided the program has not yet started.
  • After this period, no refund is possible, unless there is a case of force majeure and a suitable solution is sought in consultation.
  • Specific cancellation conditions apply to retreats, which are provided upon registration.


4. Liability

  • Participation in sessions, workshops, and retreats is entirely at your own risk.
  • Groove of Life is not liable for physical or psychological injury or other damage as a result of participation.
  • You remain always responsible for your choices and personal processes.


5. Health & medical advice

  • Groove of Life does not offer medical or psychological treatment.
  • Always consult a doctor or therapist if you have doubts about your physical or mental health.
  • When participating in sessions with breathwork, meditation, or plant medicines, you are expected to honestly report any physical or mental conditions.


6. Confidentiality & safety

  • Everything shared in 1:1 sessions or group settings remains confidential.
  • A safe, respectful space is created in group sessions where everyone should feel welcome and heard.
  • Unwanted behavior or boundary-crossing behavior is not tolerated.


7. Intellectual property

  • All materials, meditations, assignments, and content shared by Groove of Life remain the property of Groove of Life.
  • Nothing may be copied, shared, or distributed without express written permission.


8. Changes

Groove of Life reserves the right to adjust programs, dates, or conditions if necessary. Of course, you will be informed in a timely manner.
