"In specialized youth mental healthcare, it's hard to pause and reflect together. So much is going on in the families under our care that we're always 'on' and just keep going with each other. Lesley helped our team reconnect with one another. This means we can move forward stronger, and as one unit, in the work that we do.

The exercises Lesley had us do were out of the box, in motion, back to your feelings, and about pausing to reflect on what you value in each other but also what challenges you in the collaboration.
