On Friday, you'll arrive in the afternoon and settle into the peaceful surroundings. We get to know each other over a shared dinner, followed by an evening around the campfire with live music, where you're invited to set and share your intention for the weekend.
On Saturday, we begin the day with a gentle yoga session led by Maren. Throughout the day, Femke and Lesley will guide breathwork and embodiment sessions, with plenty of free time in between to relax, explore nature, journal, enjoy the sauna, or simply do nothing at all. After dinner, you'll have the opportunity to create a vision board as a creative way to reflect on your experience.
On Sunday morning, after breakfast, we'll close the retreat with a gentle breathwork session and time for reflection. After sharing one final lunch together, we bring the weekend to a close.
The program has a clear structure with plenty of depth, while still feeling spacious and unhurried. All sessions are optional, so you're always free to participate in whatever feels right for you.
