No. Sharing is never mandatory. You always decide what you bring into the space and what you choose to keep private. There is room for reflection and dialogue, but nothing is forced.
At the same time, the strength of a small group lies in learning from each other’s perspectives and experiences. Depth often emerges through recognition rather than personal disclosure.
You don’t have to share everything to gain significant value, but I do encourage you to enter the program with openness and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
