My journey to personal growth began 10 years ago, when I physically and
mentally exhausted myself through a stressful job in the media, intensive sports, and a busy social life.
For years, I ignored signals from my body, such as migraines, inflammations, and palpitations.
When I no longer knew how to relax after a busy period, I realized it was time for a change. This was the beginning of a profound journey inward.
I started meditating, breathwork, plant medicine journeys, and took courses in coaching, personal leadership, and breathwork. I discovered that since my youth, due to the situation at home, I had developed patterns to protect myself.
I was hard on myself, wanted to stay in control, and never asked for help. My nervous system had been in a permanent state of alertness my whole life, ready to fight or flee. A fight against myself that I just couldn't seem to win.
I am now aware of these patterns and know how to reset myself.
I have learned to slow down, listen to my body, and connect with myself.
And I now help others find their groove.
